Darshan’s pan-India film Kranti will release on Republic day, Jan 26, 2023

Kranti, Darshan’s first pan-India movie, is set to release on Republic Day 2023 The actor shared this news to wish fans on Karnataka Rajyotsava.

Darshan is considered one of the biggest stars of Kannada cinema. He is loved by many for his larger-than-life reel image and effective acting. Here is some big news for his fans. D Boss’s much-awaited film Kranti opens in theaters on January 26, 2023. This is his first pan-India movie Kranti directed by Harikrishna is an action actor. The filmmaker also serves as its music director.

There were rumors that Kranti may target a Dussehra release, as it launched on Vijayadashami last year, after which Dhananjaya Hoysala vacated the slot, followed by a possible Rajjyotsav release. The film, in which Darshan again teams up with Richit Ram, is supposedly about the education system, with the actor playing an NRI who returns home to save a government Kannada medium school. Kranti is a pan-India film with versions in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi, but the content of the film has fans wondering how it will fare in other languages.

For the past few months, darshan devotees across the state have been going on promotional marches to quell rumors about Kranti. The makers of the film claimed that they had nothing to do with it and fans were doing it because of the craze surrounding the project. At the time, Darshan’s comments about his fans’ love showing him how fans flocked to Bengaluru when Puneeth Rajkumar died, led to controversy.

Now the focus of ‘Kranti’ is on music. ‘Kranti’ team will release the Dharani theme song in Mysore on 10th December. Surely fans of the ‘Challenging Star’ will throng in huge numbers to make the event even more memorable and anticipation for V Harikrishna’s music is at its peak. The combo of Darshan and V Harikrishna is a hit combo and has been working since 2007 starting with ‘Bhupathi’. Did Karnataka Media Ban D Boss Darshan?

Kannada superstar Darshan aka D Boss has reacted after being banned by media houses. His fans and supporters came out in support of the actor and slammed the media for taking such a decision.

It started when a voice note of Challenging Star Darshan went viral on social media. In this audio conversation, which is claimed to be between Darshan and the media personnel, the actor is heard shouting at a person and cursing the media house in abusive language. After this conversation went viral, reports suggested that Darshan was banned by the media house for defaming them. Meanwhile, D-Boss fans took to Twitter and other social media platforms to show support for their favorite star.

Seeing how fans reacted to the news, D-Boss took to his Twitter account to write a heartfelt message for his fans. He wrote in Kannada, “I am thankful to my fans who are my celebrities. Also, I am overwhelmed and have no words to express your love and support.”
