Actress Mallika Sherawat, who currently resides in Los Angeles, expressed her love for peaceful and quiet weekends but shared that she is missing the vibrant Ganpati festivities back home in Mumbai.
Taking to social media, Mallika posted a reel giving a tour of her house and also showed glimpses of herself in a leopard-print outfit. In her post, she wrote, “I love peaceful quiet weekends. This weekend especially has been a time to relax, reflect, and recharge, although I’m really missing the Ganpati festivities back home in Mumbai.”
She further elaborated on what she loves about the Ganpati festival, saying, “There’s something so special about the energy, the music, and the devotion that fills the air. ‘Ganpati Bappa Morya.’”
Mallika frequently shares snippets of her daily life on social media, including throwback pictures from her film sets and behind-the-scenes anecdotes. A fitness enthusiast, she also gives her fans a peek into her workout routines.
Mallika’s entry into cinema began in 2002 with the film “Jeena Sirf Merre Liye,” where she was credited as Reema Lamba. However, she rose to fame in 2004 with her performance in the romantic thriller “Murder” alongside Emraan Hashmi, which established her as a sex symbol.
