South African all-rounder Corbin Bosch has been served a legal notice by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for allegedly breaching his contract with the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Bosch was selected by Peshawar Zalmi in the Diamond category during the PSL 2025 draft held in January. However, he withdrew from the PSL to join the Mumbai Indians as a replacement for the injured Lizaad Williams in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season.
This year marks the first time that the PSL and IPL schedules overlap, with the IPL running from March 22 to May 25, and the PSL from April 11 to May 18. The PCB’s legal notice, sent through Bosch’s agent, demands an explanation for his withdrawal and outlines potential repercussions for his departure from the league.
The PCB has requested Bosch’s response within a specified time frame and has refrained from further comments until then.
