Television actors Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim, along with their son Ruhaan, were vacationing in Jammu and Kashmir and had left the region just hours before the tragic Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, 2025. The attack resulted in the deaths of at least 26 people, primarily tourists .
In response to fans’ concerns, Shoaib Ibrahim shared on Instagram that their family had departed Kashmir that morning and reached Delhi safely. He expressed gratitude for the support and mentioned that a new vlog of their trip would be released soon .
However, the announcement of the upcoming vlog amidst the tragedy drew criticism on social media. Many users felt it was insensitive to promote content so soon after such a devastating event .
The Pahalgam terror attack has been widely condemned, with investigations ongoing to bring those responsible to justice.
