At the recent trailer launch of his upcoming film Sikandar, Salman Khan addressed the 31-year age difference between him and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna. He remarked, “They say there is a 31-year difference between the heroine and me. If the heroine doesn’t have any problem or the heroine’s father doesn’t have any problem, then why do you have a problem?”
Salman further added, “And when she (Rashmika) will get married and have a daughter and then she becomes a big star, then also we will work (together). We will get the mother’s permission for sure.”
Praising Rashmika’s dedication, Salman noted that she reminded him of his “younger self,” highlighting her commitment to balancing multiple projects and continuing to work despite injuries.
Sikandar is set to release in theaters on March 30, coinciding with the Eid festival. The film also features Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, and Sharman Joshi in significant roles and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
