Australian cricketer David Warner, renowned for his dynamic batting and affinity for Indian culture, recently showcased his dance prowess at the pre-release event of the Telugu film “Robinhood” in Hyderabad. Warner, who makes a special cameo in the movie, joined lead actors Nithiin and Sreeleela on stage, delighting attendees with his energetic recreation of the “Srivalli” hook step from Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa: The Rise.”
Dressed casually in black jeans and a white t-shirt layered with a black shirt, Warner attempted to match steps with Sreeleela, who dazzled in a blue shimmery saree, and Nithiin, clad in black jeans, a blue t-shirt, and a black jacket. The trio danced to the song “Adhi Dha Surprisu” from “Robinhood,” with Warner’s enthusiasm and coordination earning applause from the audience.
This isn’t Warner’s first foray into Indian dance; his previous renditions of popular Tollywood numbers have endeared him to fans, further solidifying his connection to Indian cinema. The “Robinhood” trailer launch, featuring Warner’s spirited performance, has amplified anticipation for the film’s release on March 28.
