Prime Minister Narendra Modi will campaign in Maharashtra and Goa today to vote in support of his party for the Lok Sabha elections. PM Modi will address a public meeting in Kolhapur, Maharashtra at 5 pm, after which he will leave for South Goa.
At the same time, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will campaign in Gujarat today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will first address public gatherings in Rajkot, after which his schedule includes addressing public gatherings in Bharuch and Panchmahal as well.
Congress Central Election Committee (CEC) will meet under the chairmanship of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday evening. The names of the candidates for the remaining Lok Sabha seats including Amethi and Rae Bareli will be considered at this meeting. So far, the Congress has announced candidates for 317 parliamentary constituencies.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal will launch AAP’s Lok Sabha campaign in the national capital on Saturday. His program in the evening is to do his first road show. This road show has been organized for the party’s East Delhi candidate Kuldeep Kumar in Kalyanpuri.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will address a public meeting in Hathras this afternoon. After that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hold public meeting in Firozabad and finally Auraiya.
Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will address public meetings in Gujarat’s Valsad and Maharashtra’s Latur on Saturday.
Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav will also hold a public outreach program in Kannauj Lok Sabha constituency on Saturday to support his party.
The BJP has said that some prominent personalities will join the party in the national capital on Saturday in the presence of senior leaders. BJP President JP Nadda will also be present in this event.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will address a public meeting in Kasdol on Saturday.
