The Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) has delayed the start of international operations at Terminal 2. The commencement of international operations, which was originally scheduled for today, August 31, has been postponed to facilitate a smooth transition for passengers, BIAL announced in an official statement on Wednesday.
During the final readiness evaluation, the decision was made to postpone the start of international operations at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru’s Terminal 2. BIAL executives emphasised their commitment to provide passengers with optimal service and convenience, emphasising the necessity for further coordination and readiness prior to the transfer. As a result, until a new transfer date is set, foreign flights will continue to operate from Terminal 1.
