Recent reports have suggested that Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav is leading a coup within the Mumbai cricket team following Yashasvi Jaiswal’s departure to Goa. Suryakumar has firmly denied these claims, responding with sarcasm on social media. He posted a screenshot of one such report and commented, “Script writer hai ya journalist? Agar hasna hai toh I will stop watching comedy movies and start reading these articles. Ekdum bakwas.”
The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has also addressed these rumors. MCA Secretary Abhay Hadap stated that officials spoke with Suryakumar, who dismissed the speculations as baseless and reaffirmed his commitment to representing Mumbai.
These developments follow Yashasvi Jaiswal’s recent move to Goa, which he attributed to the opportunity for a leadership role. Despite this, Suryakumar Yadav remains dedicated to the Mumbai team and has no plans to leave.
